Code of Ethics
This code represents a set of principles that define our behaviour towards each other, customers, partners, society and the environment. It is binding for all employees of ATEX regardless of their position. The company management commits to leading by example in its observance.
1. Mutual respect and teamwork
- Each of us is an important part of the team. We treat each other with respect, fairness and humanity.
- Openness, trust and direct communication are the foundation of our relationships. We actively listen and support each other.

2. Responsibility and professionalism
- Every employee bears responsibility for their decisions, actions and their consequences.

3. Fairness, equal opportunities and non-discrimination

- Every employee who communicates with clients represents the ATEX brand.
- We act with courtesy, professionalism and honesty. We do not exaggerate or lie – we stand behind what we offer.

- We strive to handle resources carefully and always seek sustainable solutions.
- We cooperate with partners who share the same commitment to nature and society.
- The sporting environment in which we operate is inseparably linked with nature – and that is precisely why its protection is a natural part of our actions.
6. Fair relationships with suppliers and competitors
- We deal with our suppliers honestly and in a spirit of partnership – we expect the same in return.
- We do not misuse confidential information, manipulate or disparage our competitors.
- We see fair business practices as a key prerequisite for long-term success.
7. Innovation, growth and openness to change
- We are not afraid to seek new paths. We use technology, know-how and feedback for continuous improvement.

8. Compliance with legal and internal rules

Addressing code violations
- Violations of this code will be assessed individually, always taking into account the context and severity.
- Every employee has not only the right but also the duty to report unethical behaviour.
- The company declares openness to resolving even unpleasant situations with respect and an emphasis on fairness.
